Nicola Jane Chase
(Talent / Producer)
Nicola is a writer who grew up near Liverpool, in the UK. She worked around Europe, Middle East, and China as a high-profile club DJ for 7 years before settling in Hong Kong presenting an indie-music radio program for a decade. She also began her writing career there for a local ‘What’s On’ magazine, before relocating to New York to represent Radio Television Hong Kong in 2007.
It was in New York that she confronted her gender dysphoria and transitioned to the woman she is. She documented this change in ‘Tea and Transition’, her five-star reviewed memoir, published in 2015. Since then, she has been a public speaker and firm advocate of transgender understanding.
Jill Salvino
(Director / Producer)
Accomplished storyteller, commercial director and native New Yorker. She has collected over 200 industry awards including an Emmy and directed hundreds of commercials and long form content. Jill has also directed four short films; and one feature. She has written two scripts, including one in development. Her feature debut BETWEEN THE SHADES screened at dozens of Film Festivals and was released by Passion River Films on 4/23/2019. Her amazing content combined with advertising direction and branding speaks volumes. Her work tells its own story of versatility and inclusion.
Chris Vernale

A seasoned cinematographer and artist with over 10 years of professional experience in film, video, and still photography. Chris has vast experience in the industry and has worked on reality television, commercial productions, and internal corporate videos. His visual style can be described as organic and balanced, with a keen sense of storytelling that brings out the highest level of authenticity in his work.
